AquaLiv Relocates to Seattle, WA

SILVERDALE, WA--(Marketwire - February 25, 2011) - Infrared Systems International (OTCBB: IFRS) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, AquaLiv, Inc., has relocated all of its operations to Seattle, Washington.

AquaLiv specializes in what the company calls Bioinformation Science and has developed a new technology, BioT™, to harness its potential. The new facility increases available space for ongoing research and allows AquaLiv to tap into Seattle's life sciences and biotechnology talent pool.
