AquaLiv Announces Revamped Brand Strategy

This week AquaLiv, Inc. announced that all consumer goods will be spun off into their own brands and managed by AquaLiv's restructured consumer goods division. As part of the restructuring, AquaLiv is retiring the InCleanHealth.com e-commerce website and education blog, including the InClean Water brand of 'value' water purification and enhancement systems.

"As we begin participating in diverse industries, it is important that each of our brands speak directly to its intended market," stated AquaLiv CEO Craig Hoffman. "Someone researching our skin care product, for example, will only be confused when exposed to our agriculture and medical research."

According to the company, the first product relaunch according to the new strategy is the AquaLiv Water System, a device that enhances water for greater health. Historically, the water system utilized the same logo as the company, but now sports a new stylized logo specific to the product in addition to a new dedicated website, www.aqualivwater.com. According to Mr. Hoffman, "People seem to confuse the water created by the system and the water used in our NatuRx(TM) supplements and medication equivalents. This couldn't be further from the truth. Our goal is to provide additional clarity for consumers by creating separation between our brands."

The company's other consumer brands will be getting a similar treatment to the AquaLiv Water System in the coming weeks. All consumer goods will be available for retail and wholesale purchase at the company's new AquaLiv Store website, www.aqualivstore.com.

Mr. Hoffman added, "The consumer goods division has been working long hours for the past two weeks, but everyone is excited about the new direction."

"It is an enormous challenge to work in several diverse industries simultaneously," stated Bill Wright, CEO of AquaLiv Technologies, Inc. "We believe AquaLiv's new brand strategy allows them to communicate with greater clarity and will accelerate their market penetration for each product."

In addition to consumer goods, the company released its first agriculture product, AgSmart(TM) Rice, earlier this year. The product increases yields in rice crops without chemicals or genetic modification and is organic standards compliant. The company is also preparing for an upcoming clinical trial in Kenya with their NatuRx(TM) HIV/AIDS treatment.
