If you are not satisfied with our water system for any reason, simply return it to us within 90 days of the purchase date for a complete refund!

Only water systems (and Revitalizer) are returnable. For example, disposable filters purchased separately and parts purchased for custom installations are not returnable.

 

Return Instructions

Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by replying to the Order Confirmation Email we sent you. Items returned without an RMA will not be refunded.

Shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 90 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items damaged or broken due to abuse or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded. Insurance is highly recommended.

Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
